Medium/Senior : Recruitment
JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Participate in recruitment process involving sourcing, screening, and selection of ideal individuals with focus on Junior to Mid-level Management.
- Develop and execute Fresh Graduate Recruitment Drive.
- Further develop and execute on-boarding and orientation process.
- Formulate and implement quarterly HR initiatives and projects.
- Demonstrated ability to source, arrange and manage interview process, preferably using any SAS application.
- Demonstrated ability to plan and manage off-site recruitment events, preferably in Universities.
- Bachelor or Master degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Human Resource or People Operation.
- Solid computer science fundamental
- Ability to speak and write in English fluently.
