Medium/Senior : Recruitment


  • Participate in recruitment process involving sourcing, screening, and selection of ideal individuals with focus on Junior to Mid-level Management.
  • Develop and execute Fresh Graduate Recruitment Drive.
  • Further develop and execute on-boarding and orientation process.
  • Formulate and implement quarterly HR initiatives and projects.


  • Demonstrated ability to source, arrange and manage interview process, preferably using any SAS application.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and manage off-site recruitment events, preferably in Universities.
  • Bachelor or Master degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Human Resource or People Operation.
  • Solid computer science fundamental
  • Ability to speak and write in English fluently.
