Working together with the head of marketing to develop both long-term and shot-term branding blueprint with a clear positioning and target market, by utilizing both online and offline channels.
Translate the branding blueprint into actionable plans with measurable efforts/KPIs
Actively monitor and analyze how our brand is currently perceived in the market using various marketing research techniques to provide insights on how the brand should be driven forward to meet the company mission and vision.
Measure results of brand marketing activites on both quantitative and qualitative metrics.
Conduct market research to monitor the competition and how our brand is perfoming in the market.
Lead for sub-divisions of branding: Media (ATL, BTL), Events, creative (Graphic Design, Video, Content Marketing), Organic Social Media.
Oversee marketing activites to ensure the brand is being communicated consistently throughout the customer shopping experience, both online and offline.
Align strategy with the company's vision & mission
Minimum 5 years of experience in brand management at well- known companies with proven track-records.
Bachelor degree in marketing, business, with strong academic background, preferably possesses a masters degree in related subject.
Strong understanding of overall marketing mix concept, especially branding.
Knowledge of indonesia marketing landscape and customer behaviour.
Proficient in English and Bahasa.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
Comfortable working with numbers, metrics, and spreadsheets.
