  • Manage all user inquiries coming in from various channels including but not limited to chat, email call, and messaging platforms
  • Ensure end to end fulfillment of all customer orders (Reservations)
  • Design and optimize new and existing customer service process

  • Bachelor’s Degree from reputable university
  • 1-2 years relevant experience in Customer Service
  • Tech savvy and active on social media (Instagram & Facebook)
  • Highly organized with extreme attention to detail
  • Data-driven with excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Must be a problem solver!
  • Proficient in written and oral English
